Our team members have experience in both the Information Technology and Laboratory fields. In addition, our application experts have working lab experience in agriculture, drinking water, environmental, forensic sciences, manufacturing, petro-chem, public health, and wastewater (at Municipal, State, and Federal levels).

Ethosoft was founded on two primary principles of (1) developing quality software and (2) providing superior services and support to our customers. This commitment is core to our business and you will find it interwoven in our corporate culture. Our Focus
Customer focus means that we constantly ask ourselves “what is best for our customers.” This frequently means going against many of the accepted industry practices that sound good in theory, but will ultimately lead to long–term customer dissatisfaction.
Business Philosophy
We do not outsource our product development or application support. We feel that this leads to quality issues and undue responsiveness to our customers.
We view technology as a tool, not the solution. While we utilize the latest .Net web technology, we understand it is the usefulness of a software application, not the technology that Ethosoft will be judged on.
We want to talk to our customers. We feel that too many companies place obstacles between their staff and their customers. Innovation does not occur in a box! And the more we are in touch with our customers the better our products and services become.
